El Ultimo Refugio
El Ultimo Refugio is a restaurant in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. Their food is delicious and reasonably priced.Nicole and Katherine, the owners, are personal friends and former bosses! When living in Panama, I occasionally filled-in as bartender at the restaurant when needed. I designed this site to help them promote their business.
